How It Works
FOR A LIMITED TIME I WILL BE OFFERING FREE SHIPPING IN THE UK.​
I offer a range of postage services mainly for the UK, if you would like any other shipping method then please
email us hpoppy26h@gmail.com and I can see what I can do.

UK postage options are: 2nd class large letter, 1st class large letter, 2nd class small parcel, 1st class small parcel,
48hr tracked, 24hr tracked and Evri (formerly Hermes) parcel delivery.
I also offer worldwide postage as Royal Mail standard postage service or Royal Mail tracked service which
I would also suggest that you use so you get tracking on your item but it is a more expensive option.
All items will be securely wrapped in a jiffy postage bag, securely sealed with clearly written
address labels. If any bigger items are available in the future then I will use appropriate packing such as a box or a postage bag.

RETURNS
The Small Print
HPOP accepts any returns that are fawlty or not as advertised. Please contact me via email and explain why you want to return the item stating if you wish for a swap or refund and I will send you an address for you to return the item to.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs and unforunately cannot provided return labels at this time.

Lost or delayed items - I will contact the Royal mail/Evri and launch an investigation, please allow 15 days after purchase for this to be actioned (Royal mail will only act after 15 days of sending). I will then provide with an exchange or swap after full details of issue, and will inform you via email of any information from Royal mail/Evri. ​

Currently any information collected will only be used in sale of the product in future it may be used to send emails/newsletters. If a product is sent directly from Supplier then that company will have your data for shipping purposes (www.wix.com) but this will
be stated on the product.
